Cancellations
- As a courtesy to other guests and our therapists, please give us 24 hour notice of cancellation to avoid a full charge
- A credit card or gift certificate number will be required to set aside your personal time with a therapist

Gift Certificate Guidelines
- Gift certificates 9 years old or older are not valid.
- Certificates cannot be used for gratuities or redeemed for cash.
- Serenity Day Spa is not responsible for lost or stolen certificates
Helpful Tips for Enhancing Your
Serenity Day Spa Experience
- Please check in 15 minutes prior to your appointment to fill out the required forms.
- If you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, services will be compromised
- Silence all cell phones in consideration of other guests and our therapists.
- Gratuities will be accepted in cash or check form
Tipping, as always, is based on your discretion. If you enjoyed your service and wish to leave a gratuity, 15%-20% is considered appropriate.
