Here are some helpful hints for enhancing your Serenity Day Spa Experience.

Payments

Cash, checks, credit cards and debit cards are accepted.

 

Reservations

Appointments are usually scheduled services but walk-ins are welcomed depending on the availability of our staff. We strongly recommend services be booked prior to your arrival to assure a convenient time slot. Please call in advance to assure availability.

We do require your credit card information or a Serenity gift certificate number to secure the appointment day and time. This method of payment would only be used to hold the appointment. On the given day of the appointment we will discard any credit card or debit card information we have on hand and during checkout you may choose whichever method of payment that we accept and that is most convenient for you.

 

Check-in Policy

Please plan to arrive 15 minutes in advance of your appointment time to check in and fill out appropriate paperwork. As most spa services require the removal of all jewelry during the service, it is advisable to arrange care for all values prior to your spa visit.

We strive to provide a calm, relaxing, and tranquil setting, therefore, out of consideration for Serenity Day Spa & Salon guests, the use of cell phones and pagers are prohibited in the spa.

 

Late Arrivals

We are unable to accommodate late appointments with an extension of service time. You may be required to reschedule your service.

 

Cancellations

Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance to change or cancel your appointments. Cancellations less than 24 hours in advance or No Shows will be charged 100% of scheduled service.

 

Gratuities

The spa fee does not reflect gratuity charge. It is not included in the spa services. Gratuity should reflect the guest’s satisfaction of the spa treatment. Tipping, as always is based upon your discretion. If you enjoyed your service and wish to leave a gratuity, 15% – 20% is considered appropriate. Gratuities will be accepted in cash or check form. For your convenience, envelopes are provided at the front desk. You may give any gratuity directly to your service provider or you may leave it at the desk with the receptionist.

 

Gift Certificates

Gift certificates make the perfect gift for any occasion and will always come with a brochure inside. All gift certificates do not expire, but certificates over 1 year are valued at the purchase price only.

Certificate’s 3-5 years are subject to a 10% Service Charge
Certificate’s over 5 years are subject to a 25% Service Charge.
Certificates cannot be used for gratuities or redeemed for cash.
Certificates must be present at the time of service for redemption.

Serenity Day Spa is not responsible for lost or stolen certificates. Certificates are NONREFUNDABLE and cannot be replaced if lost or stolen.

 

Spa Store

Please visit our spa store before and after your appointment. Our store features Circadia skincare products as well as a vast selection of bareMinerals products. We also a variety of gift ideas, including handbags, pocketbooks, and Josan jewelry.

Our store is open for your convenience and does not require a spa appointment.

 

Spa & Wellness Gift Cards

In terms of gift certificates that are not our own, Serenity only accepts Spa and Wellness gift cards from Spa Week. Please make sure to double check that our address coincides with that listed with your card in order to not undergo any confusion as there is another Serenity Day Spa and Salon somewhat near our own.
